    Out tomorrow and replacing the old Morse Complete Collection (currently £80.01) this is much cheaper at Amazon and HMV than elsewhere...

    I picked up one of these this afternoon, even if (persish the thought) I don't ever play it, it still seemed too good a deal to pass up for this 33 disc 2008 release. There were 4 in Slough ASDA, of which I bought 1. It hopefully shouldn't be too hard to nab one if you have an ASDA nearby.

    Having just opened mine, it's ok - certainly none too many frills. It has an attractive outer box which is just about adequately strong enough - a bit flimsy without the DVD cases inside.

    Inside you'll find 2 no-frills plastic cases with 4 trays inside each. One will include episodes 1-18, the other, episodes 19-33. The second of those including the final disc 33, which features the 3 documentaries: Rest in Peace, The Last Morse, and Rest in Peace.

    The box states it as having more than 3 hours worth of documentaries, also with the entire collection being digitally restored with full picture and sound restoration.

    Well worth 30 notes.

    I just went back over to pick up another set for a relative, anyway the price has dropped again.
