   has any one had trouble with ordering from sendit because i ordered the cottage about three weeks ago. they just got some in. and then the site got "redesigned" and now all my order history card details and everything is gone i can't even cancel my order. o and half the time when i try to go to my account nothing happens the top bar appears but the rest never loads. the site is now total rubbish.

   yes me too, this as been 3 or 4 days now it wouldnt take my password then all my order history and orders dissappeared, i can get on now but my order history is still not there.

   I believe that sendit.com are now part of "The Hut" group. I read this on another forum, and if you compare the sites, they are very similar.

   Sorry to hear about the problems with the new site. The DVDs do seem to have the same product numbers as the Hut etc so possible that they're using the same system but haven't heard anything myself. I've been able to log on now and don't seem to have any order history either (last ordered a few months ago). I've raised the problems your having with their message centre so we'll see when they get back.

   Got a quick response from Sendit through their message centre so hopefully they can help you cancel any orders over the phone at the number below...
