This post reminds me I didn't watch it last week. Best watch it tonight before it goes off Virgin Media's catch-up service. I thought the first episode of the second series was worse than awful. Hopefully it's going to improve.
The first series had a couple of really good episodes though, and its moments in others, but it's not something that's on my list of shows I'd ever want to own.
If only the Doctor Who season sets would come down to this sort of price, I would be sorely tempted then.
